The North Bay Film Festival is just around the corner, taking place from November 14 to 16, 2025 at the Capitol Centre, and we need your help! We are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to serve as ticket takers, ushers, and event support throughout the weekend. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to lend a hand and enjoy some great films.

Volunteers can sign up for as many screenings as they like. If you volunteer for at least three sessions, you will receive a free Festival Pass! Volunteers should plan to arrive about 45 minutes before each film begins. Ushers will stay for the full screening, giving you the chance to experience the festival from the inside and enjoy the films you are helping with at no cost.

Students: This is a fantastic opportunity to earn community service hours while being part of a fun and vibrant event. Minors should ensure they sign up for age-appropriate screenings.
