The North Bay Film Festival has announced the full schedule for its 2023 Festival, taking place November 17-19 at the historic downtown Capitol Centre. The 2023 edition of the festival promises an impressive showcase of critically acclaimed, award-winning films, including nine feature films and nine juried Canadian shorts. New this year, the festival is free for students!
